Frequently Asked Questions
What if you determine I don’t qualify for the IRS offer in compromise?
If we determine that you do not qualify for the IRS Offer in Compromise, we will recommend alternative ways to resolve your tax debt. If you choose the premium or professional option, we will keep the $250 as we will be spending time analyzing your specific case.
What if I choose the consultation and decide to want to have you prepare the documents or represent me?
We can apply any payment you have already made to any other options we have. Therefore if you pay $250 for a consultation (Basic) and end up determining that you would like us to prepare your documents (Premium), we would then only charge an additional $750. The same works with the Premium to the Professional options or Basic to Professional options.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do! We do require a minimum of $250 down to schedule an appointment. The minimum monthly payment is $250.
Do I need to make a payment before making an appointment?
Yes, you will need to make a payment of $250 before scheduling an appointment.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, and PayPal.
About
Anthony Fontana earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy at California State University Northridge. He began his career at a tax resolution firm, where he prepared tax returns for individuals and businesses. It was there that Anthony discovered his passion to give hardworking taxpayers an honest and transparent tax service, as he saw clients being routinely taken advantage of.
Anthony later became a tax auditor with the California Franchise Tax Board, where he became an IRS Enrolled Agent and gained experience that would prove very valuable to his current practice. Preparing complex tax returns and conducting audits paved the way for Anthony to build EA Tax Resolutions, as he is well-versed in the inner workings of both sides of the tax industry. Anthony has recently been granted to practice as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of California.
Anthony takes great pride and satisfaction in fighting for taxpayers’ rights and exploring all possible avenues for clients to receive a settlement that works for them and put their tax issues behind them once and for all!
When Anthony isn’t working hard for his clients, he enjoys surfing, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, racing his Shifter Kart, and spending time with friends and family.
