ABOUT EA TAX RESOLUTIONS

With EA Tax Resolutions you get the best of both worlds:

The personalized attention and grit of a small team, with the experience and know-how of a large CPA firm.

Our tax experts are IRS Enrolled Agents. Enrolled Agents are authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. An Enrolled Agent is the highest credential awarded by the IRS. We are licensed to practice in all 50 states.

From start to finish, you’ll speak directly to the tax professional who will be handling your case — not a salesperson. Our motives are honest and our fees are up-front, fair, and tailored to your specific needs.

Our Team

Anthony Fontana, E.A., CPA

Anthony Fontana and Ebony Cueva were classmates at California State University Northridge, where Anthony earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. He began his career at a tax resolution firm, where he prepared tax returns for individuals and businesses. It was there that Anthony discovered his passion to give hardworking taxpayers an honest and transparent tax service, as he saw clients being routinely taken advantage of.

Anthony later became a tax auditor with the California Franchise Tax Board, where he became an IRS Enrolled Agent and gained experience that would prove very valuable to his current practice. Preparing complex tax returns and conducting audits paved the way for Anthony to build EA Tax Resolutions with Ebony, as he is well versed in the inner workings of both sides of the tax industry. Anthony has recently been granted to practice as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of California.

Anthony takes great pride and satisfaction in fighting for taxpayers’ rights and exploring all possible avenues for clients to receive a settlement that works for them and put their tax issues behind them once and for all!

When Anthony isn’t working hard for his clients, he enjoys surfing, practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, racing his Shifter Kart, and spending time with friends and family.

Ebony Fontana, E.A, CPA

Ebony Cueva was born and raised in Peru, and moved to the U.S. at age 16. Her drive and diligence are demonstrated by the fact that she quickly learned English, worked hard in high school and went to college, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from California State University Northridge.

Ebony put herself through college by preparing tax returns for a local tax preparation company, as well as building up clientele with her own side business. After graduation, she worked for a couple of CPA firms, expanding her knowledge and expertise. She decided to start her own business, so she and Anthony teamed up. They had both witnessed the unethical practices running rampant within other tax resolution firms, so they quickly settled into their new niche as part of the Solution.

Thanks to her inspiring story, Ebony is able to fully appreciate and empathize with hardworking individuals and families facing adversity. Clients love her spirit of determination as she advocates on their behalf before the IRS and State Departments of Revenue. Rest assured, Ebony will work hard to ensure you receive a settlement that works for you!

When it’s time to decompress, Ebony loves to dance the night away — her styles of choice are salsa and hip hop. She also practices the martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
